The Challenge

Pulse8 is an innovative company with a unique approach to a complex problem that most at-risk providers and insurance companies had difficulty addressing at the enterprise level for their populations (patients). The average sales meeting would take three (3) hours in the healthcare industry, and complete sales cycles would be considerably longer. As a result, potential clients could get lost in the weeds; Pulse8 needed a quickly digestible yet intriguing message that left people wanting more than competing industries has not historically been able to achieve.

The Solutions

Pulse8 partnered with MOJO to become their agency of record. MOJO was quickly tasked to partner with their existing in-house marketing team to develop one voice, brand, and message that quickly deliver and package their industry-changing message. MOJO began working on the first problem…shortening the message and drawing clean lines between the various services and product offerings.

Once the messaging was clarified, we created branding sets for each product/service aligned with the suite of solutions that Pulse8 offered, delivering a cohesive and concise message. Once the message took shape, MOJO developed a style guide, designed a robust website, print collateral, sales decks, and most importantly, a video message that would engage potential clients within minutes…not hours.

The Results

MOJO developed several videos, marketing assets, trade show booths, and marketing campaigns that changed the industry, synonymous with Pulse8’s quality and leadership in the industry.

  1. Created an impactful message that intrigued potential clients in one (1) minute, producing an increase in initial lead capture rates.
  2. Through collaboration with key stakeholders of MOJO and Pulse8, we decreased their cost per contact in the first tradeshow debut.
  3. Cohesive and interchangeable marketing packets and templates that could scale with company growth.
