A MOJO Case Study

SRTA

Engagement started November 2018

01

Intro

Peach Pass is an electronic toll collection system in use in the U.S. State of Georgia, which is currently used primarily for high-occupancy toll lanes and express toll lanes on Interstate 75, I-85, and I-575 in metropolitan Atlanta, GA.

02

The Challenge

The state of Georgia made a significant investment over a 10 year period to both physical and technological infrastructure for SRTA. The goal was to create a better drive experience and both efficient and effective customer service for Georgians. They need to have a web presence that reflected the increased demand and flexibility to support their rapidly growing population.

03

The Solutions

SRTA engaged Kapsch TrafficCom and MOJO to deliver a robust, scalable, and integrated enterprise website experience to achieve the agency's goals of increasing customer engagement. MOJO's unique process was key to delivering a successful public-facing website. MOJO also integrated with state-wide transit authorities' back-office systems to support over 2 million drivers. As a result, MOJO launched SRTA's mobile responsive Drupal website with less than a 1% error rate. In addition, the website was WCAG 2.1 and 508 ADA Compliant.
