Pasadena, MD, June 8, 2026: MOJO Creative Digital, the W3 Award-winning, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned creative digital agency, is proud to announce the promotions of three exceptional team members: Jaimie Tavenner, Carolina Macedo, and Hilary Persons. The advancements of these leaders reflect MOJO's deep commitment to recognizing talent, rewarding dedication, and championing the team who help drive the agency forward.
Three internal promotions is a significant milestone for any small business, and at MOJO it represents something even greater in our next chapter: a culture that invests in its people and elevates leaders from within. At this pivotal point for MOJO, each of these women has been instrumental to MOJO's continued growth and success; their new roles are a testament to their hard work, passion, vision, and impact.

Jaimie Tavenner has been promoted to Director of Operations & HR. Jaimie has been with MOJO since December 2021, and her sharp operational instincts and genuine care for the MOJO team make her a natural leader. Her new leadership role, second in command, recognizes the central part she plays in keeping the agency thriving, from day-to-day operations to nurturing the people-first culture that defines MOJO. She will now be responsible for all department operations, efficiencies, and training to ensure client and organizational health.

Carolina Macedo steps into the role of Director of Digital Production, building on her outstanding work as a Project Manager since joining MOJO in December 2022. Carolina has consistently demonstrated the leadership, organization, and creative problem-solving that keep MOJO's projects running seamlessly and clients delighted. In her expanded role, she will guide the agency's digital production efforts in design, development and digital marketing, which helps shape the high standards of work MOJO has been known for.

Hilary Persons advances to Accounting Manager, growing from her role as Executive Assistant into the accounting position previously held by Jaimie Tavenner. Since joining MOJO in December 2024, Hilary's reliability, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything moving have made her indispensable, and her promotion reflects the trust and value she has earned across the organization.
The milestone also stands out against national numbers. Women make up 47% of employed Americans but hold 42% of management jobs and 33% of chief executive roles, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (2025). In McKinsey and LeanIn.Org’s Women in the Workplace 2025 study, women held 29% of C-suite roles at participating companies, and 93 women were promoted to manager for every 100 men. For a small business, where every leadership seat shapes culture and direction, promoting three women into expanded leadership roles at once is a meaningful step.
"These promotions are a proud moment for all of us at MOJO," said Alexander Fakeri, CEO and Founder. "Jaimie, Carolina, and Hilary embody everything we value: drive, excellence, and heart. Watching them grow into these leadership roles is exactly why we do what we do, and it's a powerful reminder of the strength they bring to our team every single day."
As MOJO Creative Digital continues to expand its services across AI strategy and integration, website design, web and mobile applications, digital marketing, videography, and podcasting, the leadership of Jaimie, Carolina, and Hilary will be central to the agency's next chapter.
